Winner must be of legal age to purchase and own a firearm and pass a background check. If for any reason the winner cannot legally purchase and own a firearm or pass a background check, a new winner will be picked.
All raffle ticket sales are final.
The winner may swap War Paint with any other in-stock Phantom Fortis firearm of equal or lesser value.
If you live in a restricted state, and win, unfortunately we will not be able to process this firearm for you; you will be given the option of a refund of your ticket price, or donating your ticket cost to the cause.
The Raffle Drawing will take place on or before Memorial Day (earlier if tickets sell out prior to that date).
